Hello Everyone,

I hope that 2025 has found you and your families happy and well! It is time again to launch our Wedding Vendor Showcase.  This year, the date is Saturday, February 22, 2025 at The Dryden Regional Training and Cultural Centre (aka The Centre). Show time  is 11am to 2pm, with set-up occurring between 8am and 10:30am that same morning. Later this year, our show is already greatly anticipated. Several couples have already reached out to pre-register before the date could be finalized!

The cost of booking an 8ft table with a 10ft x 10ft booth space will be $50. This includes participation in the Door Prize which will be a $300.00 gift certificate for the selected couple to use at the vendor of their choice!  Table cost also includes participation in the Swag Bags. These will be provided to the first 25-30 registered brides for our event. All vendors may provide business cards/pamphlets/brochures for use in the Swag Bags. Small gifts, tokens or product samples may also be included. If vendors cannot attend the show in person, they can still have their information/tokens included in the swag bags. They can also participate in the door prize. The fee for that is $15. Payment for vendor registration can be sent by e-transfer to this address. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact me.

Vendors are allowed to sell items to offset the cost of the table rentals.  Please keep in mind items that would appeal to couples for use at their ceremonies/receptions or as favors. Product samples and vendor draws are encouraged but not necessary. Traditionally, this is not a high sales event, since the focus is more trade show rather than craft market. Following the show, the list of registered brides/grooms will be provided to all participants. This allows you to contact them one time to explain your products/services. This is explained to all persons when they register and enter for the door prize.
